When you start preparing an article for publication, you always face the problem:
how to arrange an appropriate computer design of mathematical expressions and formulas, to draw a diagram or a histogram, how to process a picture? We are giving short comments and practical recommendations concerning this problem. ON THE WHOLE, THESE RECOMMENDATIONS ARE OBLIGATORY TO AVOID PROBLEMS SUCH AS UNREFLECTED SYMBOLS, CODE DISTURBANCE AND OTHERS WHEN PUBLISHING IN THE INTERNET-MAGAZINE WRITTEN IN HTML. HOW TO WRITE DOWN MATHEMATICAL EXPRESSIONS AND FORMULAS. Download the program Unpack with the help of WinZip and start the file Setup.exe. After setting up and starting the program you can see the following interface (see the picture below): 
The program MathType will be integrated in Microsoft Word
(see the picture below) where it can be started: 
It is to notice that the program is easy to operate,
so you can write down any complicated mathematical expression or formula in a minute, for example: 
HOW TO PLOT A DIAGRAM, OR A HISTOGRAM, OR ANY OTHER SAMPLE GRAPH. Here you can use standard options of Microsoft Excel (icon "Diagram Master") or Microsoft Word (icon "Add a diagram"). Of course, the most functional program on plotting diagrams is the table processor Microsoft Excel (below you can see an example of a built-in-chain diagram; Microsoft Excel -> Microsoft Word -> Adobe ImageReady): 
HOW TO PROCESS A PICTURE (DECREASE ITS WEIGHT, ENHANCE ITS BRIGHTNESS AND OTHERS). We recommend to process pictures in format .gif and .jpg particularly in Adobe ImageReady, Adobe Photoshop and others. It is desirable for the modules not to be heavy (under 100 KB, banners -under 15 KB). Otherwise they will be long to open. They must be bright - the article will be more attractive. The picture size in width must not be more than 550 dots. The height is not limited, but everything must be in reasonable limits. ¤ We remind that Adobe ImageReady is set default when installing Adobe Photoshop starting with 5,5 version (ImageReady 2,0). WHAT TEXT EDITOR TO CHOOSE, WHAT FONT TO USE AND OF WHAT SIZE. It is better to set the text in Microsoft Word, the font - in "Arial", the font size - 10. The text emphasis and brightness you have chosen will be kept. HOW TO PREPARE AN AUDIO- AND VIDEOCLIP. It is rather difficult to settle such problems, so, we shall not consider them under the given file. We shall only notice that sounded audio- and videoclips which last up to 30 sec, weigh approximately 1-3 MB and it originally increases time of their loading (till they are not loaded in cash-memory). ATTENTION! If you want to view video- and to listen to audio clips, it is sufficient to set up Windows Media.
