This paper reports experimental data for the viscosity of solutions of the refrigerant R600a with mineral compressor oils HMI Azmol and Reniso WF 15 A, and R245fa with polyester compressor oil Planetelf ACD 100 FY on the saturation line. The experimental data were obtained in the temperature range from 285 to 348 K using experimental setup based on a rolling ball method. The method for prediction of kinematic viscosity for refrigerant/oil solutions is presented.

For the first time was proposed the mathematical and statistical method of designing of the experiment for the tasks of optimization of the composition and properties of XH for indirect chilling systems. This method has allowed giving a quantitative assessment of the interrelation of the factors and their influence on the level of physical and chemical properties of coolants. A physical and chemical assessment of the interval of the optimization factors is given for the search of the best values of output parameters of coolants. With the help of a computer program the regression equations have been derived, which helped with the limited numbers of the experiments to find the optimum composition of coolants with the preset level of limitations of their properties.

On the basis of static characteristics of the central conditioner units working in summer mode of operations, dynamic mathematical model is received. In model the mutual dependence of air temperature and relative humidity is taken into account. H-d-diagram is wide using for calculation of processes in air conditioning systems, s-d-diagram has not found wide application till now. However coordinated use of h-d- and s-d-diagrams in the express calculations have some advantages. In this paper h-d and s-d diagrams use for calculation of heat exchanger efficiency is shown.

The physical model of air and water streams interaction m the volume of till is represented in given article. Fill hydraulic resistance on the experimental installation which is represented as a model of counterflow mechanical-draft cooling tower is investigated. The results of researches are submitted and the criterial equations for calculation of Euler criterion according to the air stream movement speed in the cooling tower, the heights of fill block and irrigation density are received.

The new nontraditional vortex method of heat transfer augmentation was stated. The interesting results of experiment and numerical investigation was obtained and applyed for coolers of powerful electronic devices. This vortex method allowed to increase energy efficient of electronic devices.

The peculiarities of hydrodynamic and thermal processes in the capacitive equipment while treating food products having an anomaly in viscosity are considered. The calculation relationships for the heat transfer and the determination of power consumption in the capacitive equipment with the mixing devices of the gate and scraper type have been proposed. The designs of the capacitance equipment, ensuring accelerated going of thermal processes are described.

The peculiar features of the process of the wound repair in the case of mechanical damage of tissues of potatoes tubers, treated with biological means of protection at the temperatures (3±1) оC and (18±1) оC are considered. The kinetic relationships are found, the values of kinetic constants of the accumulation of phenol compounds and of the change in activities of peroxidase and phenoloxidase enzymes in the course of the wound repair at different temperatures of the experiment are determined.

In the manufacture of juices and juice-containing beverages the production of puree -like mass from fruits is one of the stages of the process. It is established that in this case preservation of biologically active substances depends on the used technology and equipment. The comparative assessment of grating of fruits by traditional method, using a grating machine on a filtering centrifuge, and on a crashing-finishing installation was carried out. The criterion - "a quality polygon", taking into account a complex of the main parameters, influencing the preservation of biologically active substances during raw materials processing, allows obtaining a total quality evaluation of the used technology. It is shown that it is the crashing-finishing installation mat gives the minimum changes to the raw materials, and their processing on the grating machine leads to their maximum changes. allows obtaining a total quality evaluation of the used technology.
